has four decades of experience in designing and analyzing structures for
the effects of blast and impact; performing blast/ impact tests to
determine the behavior and vulnerability of structures, people and
M&E systems; designing perimeter security systems; and providing
conventional structural engineering services related to design and
preparation of construction documents. K&C experience ranges from
designing and analyzing structures to resist the effects associated with
